OPERATIONS TECHNICAL AUTHORITIES – OUTSIDE IR35 | 20-HOUR FLEX CONTRACTS

Aberdeen (Hybrid + Asset Visits)

£85/hr | Immediate Start | Open-ended, recurring contract

We’re appointing three independent Operations Technical Authorities across:

✅ Operations TA

✅ Mechanical TA

✅ Instrument TA

This is not a delivery role.

This is independent technical governance at senior level — assurance, oversight, and challenge across ongoing asset and operational activity.

You’ll be brought in to:

• Act as the independent technical conscience for the discipline
• Provide governance, challenge, and sign-off support
• Drive alignment to standards, integrity, and safe operational performance
• Support leadership with clear, defensible technical decisions

Contract details:

• Outside IR35
• 20 hours/week (flexible)
• Open-ended, recurring contract (steady ongoing requirement)
• Hybrid + asset visits (Aberdeen base)
• £85/hr
• Immediate start
