Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Source, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the BMS market.
  • Create and deliver engaging technical presentations to demonstrate products and services to potential customers.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to understand customer needs and provide effective pre‑ and post‑sales support.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement through to successful project delivery.
  • Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
  • Monitor industry developments, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports covering sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in BMS project sales or a closely related discipline.
  • Solid technical understanding of Building Management Systems.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Capability to explain technical solutions clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Highly self‑motivated with a proactive, results‑focused mindset.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel across the south of the UK as required.
