Procurement Associate

Role Overview
As a Procurement Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting EOS's global service delivery by sourcing pricing, managing vendor relationships, and preparing competitive quotes for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Source pricing from OEMs and distributors for AV and networking components
• Register and manage bids with vendors
• Prepare detailed quotes using Sage X3
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of pricing and client communications
• Collaborate with Account Management and Finance teams for invoicing
• Represent the Procurement team in client meetings

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numeracy skills
• Experience with procurement or account management software
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Sage X3, and Jira
• Understanding of hardware/service resale dynamics
