- Manage 3PL partners, setting KPIs, monitoring service levels, and forecasting volumes to support growth.
- Own international freight and compliance, including customs documentation, HTS codes, EIN and MID registrations, and duty and VAT oversight.
- Partner with Finance on logistics budgets, cost tracking, and invoice approvals.
- Raise wholesale invoices and resolve delivery or compliance queries with retail partners.
- Oversee outsourced Customer Service performance, improving delivery experience, returns processes, and review ratings.
- Track inventory movements, investigate discrepancies, and support accurate stock reporting.
- Drive sustainability initiatives across packaging, shipping methods, and supply chain efficiencies.
- Provide regular KPI reporting and operational insights to the leadership team.
- Support wider operational requirements including storage, facilities, and health and safety compliance.
What We're Looking For:
- 2 plus years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally within Fashion or a wholesale led consumer brand.
- Proven experience managing wholesale deliveries and retailer compliance requirements.

- Commercially astute, with experience managing costs and challenging external partners where required.
- Highly organised, detail focused, and comfortable working autonomously in a scaling environment.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build effective cross functional relationships.
- Strong Excel and logistics systems capability.
