Business Development Manager – B2B SaaS (UK Furniture Sector)

Hybrid – Month 1 on-site (NG10), then 2 days office / 3 remote

£25,000 base + £300 per deal + 15% recurring (12-month cap)

OTE £60k–80k Year 1 £100k + Year 2

UK travel required for closing meetings



About OV25

OV25 is a live, revenue-generating SaaS platform operating across the UK furniture industry.

We work with many of the UK’s leading furniture manufacturers, Retailers and fabric suppliers — some already active on the platform — enabling their product ranges to be distributed seamlessly into retail groups through a scalable digital ecosystem.

Retailers use OV25 to:

  • Bring new ranges online faster
  • Reduce traditional CGI and marketing production costs
  • Improve speed to market
  • Operate within a scalable recurring content model

We are now focused on expanding adoption across approximately 300 established mid-sized UK furniture retailers (1k–2k PCM target).



The Opportunity

This is a commercially driven B2B sales role focused on mid-market retail groups.

You will:

  • Convert warm inbound enquiries
  • Engage with warm manufacturer-introduced opportunities
  • Prospect and develop target retail accounts
  • Run structured discovery calls and commercial demos
  • Position OV25 within the wider manufacturer–retailer ecosystem
  • Manage your own pipeline and consistently close 3+ subscription deals per month

Typical sales cycle: 60–90 days.

  • 3+ new subscription agreements per month
  • Clear, structured pipeline management
  • Confident conversations with owners, directors and senior stakeholders
  • Strong commercial positioning of subscription value and ROI

You will have autonomy in how you build pipeline — but results matter.

Compensation

  • £25,000 base salary
  • £300 upfront commission per deal
  • 15% recurring revenue commission (paid for 12 months per account)

A consistent performer can expect £60k–£80k in Year 1, with £100k+ achievable as recurring revenue compounds.
