As part of their continued growth, we are seeking an Account Manager to take ownership of key NHS customer relationships across the UK. This is a strategic, customer-centric role focused entirely on nurturing, growing, and maximising value within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop long-term partnerships with NHS stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewal activity across the full product and service portfolio.
- Work closely with clinical and procurement teams to understand evolving needs and align solutions accordingly.
- Ensure customers are achieving maximum benefit and ROI from their current technology investments.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, technical, commercial) to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide insight and feedback from customers to shape ongoing product and service development.
About You
- Experienced account manager with a proven track record of managing complex customer relationships within healthcare.
- Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, procurement processes, and key decision-making pathways.
- Consultative, relationship-driven approach with the ability to identify opportunities and add value.
- Commercially astute with a focus on account growth rather than new business.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
