What You’ll Achieve

  • Lead with Innovation: Inspire creativity within the team and champion continuous improvement across the sales function.
  • Shape Regional Strategy: Design and deliver strategic plans that support growth, profitability and market expansion.


What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated success managing and growing relationships with commercial and corporate customers, ideally in LCV/automotive.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering new business wins.
  • Confident presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • A forward‑thinking approach and strong commercial instincts.
  • Natural relationship‑building ability and a collaborative mindset — you thrive in team‑driven environments.


What We Offer
