£45,000-£50,000 plus commission and car

The Role
This is a genuine new business development role with real commercial teeth. Working across the North West, you will target the convenience and small format retail sector — a vast, fast-moving market with significant untapped potential — working primarily with shopfitters and contractors who service this channel. You will manage the full sales cycle, from proactive prospecting through to quoting and account development, with the autonomy to run your patch as a true business within a business. This is not a role where you will be micromanaged; it is one where you will be trusted, supported and rewarded for results.
The Person — and What's In It For You
We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting sales professional with at least five years of B2B field sales experience, ideally within the shopfitting, construction or retail fit-out space. A background in POP display, bespoke retail equipment or similar products would be a distinct advantage, though what matters most is your hunger, your commercial instinct and your ability to build lasting relationships in a trade environment.
