Sales Intern

Sybilion is looking for a Sales Intern

Job description

Founding Sales Intern (Enterprise) — Sybilion

Sybilion builds AI-powered forecasting and decision-support systems for complex industrial supply chains.

We process trillions of market, climate, trade, and macro signals to give procurement, supply chain, and finance leaders the information advantage they need to make confident decisions under volatility.

We work with €500M–€3B industrial companies across chemicals, polymers, packaging, paper, and distribution.

We are hiring a Founding Sales Intern to help build our enterprise revenue engine.

Who this role is for

It is designed for someone who wants to:

  • Build a company one day
  • Run a commercial function
  • Learn how enterprise deals are actually closed
  • Operate in high-autonomy environments

We are looking for an outlier — someone with a track record of excellence in something difficult.

That “something” does not have to be sales.

Maybe you have:

  • Built something from zero (project, audience, initiative)
  • Won competitions (academic, sport, music, debate, chess, etc.)
  • Sold something complex or high-value
  • Been top-tier in a demanding field
  • Built relationships others couldn’t

We value evidence of drive, discipline, and performance.

What you’ll work on

Enterprise pipeline creation

  • Identify and prioritise high-fit industrial accounts
  • Map procurement, supply chain, finance, and operations stakeholders
  • Support tailored outreach campaigns
  • Help generate qualified enterprise pipeline

You will be measured on pipeline contribution — not just activity.

Deal progression exposure

You will support real high value sales cycles.

  • Join discovery calls
  • Prepare account research and ROI briefs
  • Track multi-stakeholder deal dynamics
  • Help move opportunities from first call → workshop → pilot → commercial agreement

You will see how complex, long-cycle B2B sales actually work.

GTM engine building

  • Refine ICP prioritisation (polymers, chemicals, packaging, etc.)
  • Help shape positioning based on live conversations
  • Contribute to building repeatable sales processes
  • Translate client feedback into structured insights for product and leadership

You are not “a helper.”

You are contributing to the commercial foundation.

Structured execution

  • Maintain CRM and pipeline hygiene
  • Track conversion metrics
  • Support forecasting discipline
  • Learn how ROI discussions (often in the millions) are structured

You may be a strong fit if:

  • You are competitive and self-driven
  • You prefer ownership over micromanagement
  • You are comfortable speaking with senior professionals
  • You are analytical and care about measurable outcomes
  • You handle ambiguity without losing momentum

Bonus:

  • Exposure to B2B, industrial, finance, or supply chain topics
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or entrepreneurship
  • Comfort with technical products (AI, data, analytics)

What we offer

  • Direct collaboration with founders
  • Real exposure to enterprise revenue building
  • High autonomy and responsibility
  • A front-row seat in building a serious, durable company
  • Strong incentive structure
