Business Development Manager

Salary: £26,000 – £39,000 basic + uncapped commission

Car Allowance: £3,000 – £7,500

Location: Field-based / Hybrid

The Opportunity

An ambitious and fast-growing organisation is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives on winning new business, building relationships, and earning uncapped commission.

You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own pipeline, develop new opportunities, and make a real impact on the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
• Conduct meetings (virtual and face-to-face) with decision-makers
• Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate CRM records
• Consistently achieve and exceed targets

About You

• Proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Confident building relationships at all levels
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own territory
• Full UK driving licence preferred
