Role Overview
As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance across your territory, primarily through face‑to‑face interactions, supported by virtual engagement where appropriate. You will be comfortable working in clinical environments, delivering product education, and providing in‑procedure support, ensuring products are used effectively and safely to support patient care.
- Grow and retain existing accounts while achieving agreed sales objectives
- Deliver product training and in‑case support to ensure confident and correct usage
- Build strong clinical and product knowledge to establish yourself as a trusted partner
- Offer technical and clinical guidance on product application in practice
- Develop long‑term relationships with key stakeholders using a focused, depth‑driven approach
- Conduct engaging training sessions and presentations for clinicians and supporting staff
About You
- Driven and commercially focused sales professional with a genuine interest in supporting clinical teams
- Clinical background, ideally within Radiology (e.g. Former Radiographer or Nurse), would be advantageous
- Strong communicator with the ability to ask insightful questions and understand customer needs
- Capable of developing and executing territory and account plans to achieve results
- Proactive, resilient, and motivated to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Full UK driving licence
