Commercial & Tenant Experience Coordinator

Andersen James Group is looking for a Commercial & Tenant Experience Coordinator

Job description

We’re recruiting on behalf of a vibrant, high-footfall shopping destination in North London for a Commercial & Tenant Experience Coordinator.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of a busy and diverse retail environment. It’s ideal for someone commercially minded, people-focused and proactive - someone who enjoys being on-site, building relationships and bringing ideas to life.

You’ll support the day-to-day management of a thriving shopping centre while leading on:

  • Pop-ups, promotions and commercialisation opportunities
  • Tenant engagement and relationship management
  • Placemaking, events and customer experience initiatives
  • Income generation across mall space, kiosks and car park activity
  • Site standards, compliance and reporting

You’ll act as a key point of contact for tenants, contribute to leasing decisions through trade data and feedback, and play an active role in ensuring the centre is safe, welcoming and commercially successful. This role also includes Duty Management responsibilities on a rota basis.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in retail, property, promotions, marketing or a similar environment
  • Is commercially aware and confident driving income opportunities
  • Enjoys tenant liaison and stakeholder engagement
  • Is organised, solutions-focused and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Communicates confidently and builds strong working relationships
  • Takes pride in high standards and delivering great customer experiences
  • Is confident with Microsoft Office and reporting systems
  • Has an interest in ESG and community-focused placemaking

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • Pension, life assurance and income protection
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with service) plus wellbeing days
  • Professional development support, including sponsorship for qualifications
  • Employee discounts and wellbeing support
  • Season ticket loan and cycle to work scheme
  • Inclusive, collaborative working culture

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, visibility and impact - and wants to play a key role in shaping how a retail destination looks, feels and performs.
