Sales Development Representative
Manchester (Hybrid)
£30,000 base + £15,000 OTE (Uncapped)
Full-time | Permanent
We are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS business that is looking to grow out it's GTM team with driven SDR's.
The Role (SDR)
As an SDR, your focus is simple: build high-quality pipeline.
Engaging senior decision-makers and generating well-qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
This is a performance-driven SaaS role with a clear path into closing.
What You’ll Be Doing (SDR)
- Building and executing structured outbound campaigns
- Prospecting via phone, personalised email and LinkedIn
- Running commercially focused qualification conversations
- Booking high-quality discovery meetings
- Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
- Re-engaging warm and dormant accounts
- Feeding market insight back into GTM strategy
What We’re Looking For (SDR)
- 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
- Experience booking meetings with mid-to-senior decision-makers
- Confident communicator with strong commercial instinct
- Structured and process-driven in outbound activity
- Ambitious and motivated by progression into closing
- Comfortable working in a scaling SaaS environment
- Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Manchester-based (hybrid working model)
