Area Manager / Multi-Site Manager

Salary: Up to £48,000

I am working with a globally recognised Quick Service Restaurant brand that is looking to recruit an experienced Area Manager / Multi-Site Manager to oversee 6–7 stores within their portfolio.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven multi-site leader from a branded QSR background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about driving both people performance and commercial results.

Quick Service Restaurant experience is essential.

The Ideal Area Manager:

• Proven experience in a multi-site management role (6+ sites preferred)
• Strong QSR background – branded experience is a must
• Financially astute with solid P&L management experience
• Passionate about people development and building high-performing teams
• Commercially driven with a strong focus on sales growth and cost control
• Highly organised, analytical, and results-focused
• Hands-on leader with a proactive, “can-do” attitude
• Committed to maintaining operational excellence and brand standards
