Debt / Fixed Income Roadshow Manager – 12‑Month Contract (Investment Banking)

London based | £350–£450 per day Inside IR35 | 12 month contract

Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, is seeking an experienced Roadshow Manager with a Debt / Fixed Income background to support the full lifecycle of deal and non‑deal roadshows across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage roadshows end‑to‑end: planning, scheduling, investor liaison and coordination with Syndicate, DCM and JLM teams.
• Create and distribute roadshow schedules across Corporate, EM, HY, FIG and SSA.
• Organise virtual GICs, results calls, webinars and small‑group meetings (Teams).
• Book venues, travel, accommodation and logistics across Europe, Middle East and Asia.
• Oversee presentation sharing, data rooms and meeting invitations.
• Support cost reconciliation and accurate billing within required timelines.
• Act as onsite ambassador at London events and ensure full compliance with internal/regulatory requirements.

Experience Required:

• Experience in strategic Debt / Fixed Income roadshow planning and management within banking.
• Strong knowledge of Debt/Fixed Income markets.
• Ability to work with C‑suite stakeholders and manage multiple deadlines in a high‑pressure environment.
• Advanced Excel, Word and Bloomberg; intermediate PowerPoint.
