Area Sales Manager - Midlands

Ready to take ownership of the Midlands for a market-leading distributor within the UK's largest building products group?

We're hiring an Area Sales Manager to sell temporary site protection & safety solutions across live construction sites - from Tier 1 contractors and national housebuilders to regional and independent firms.

This is an activity-led, relationship-first role. You'll be on-site daily, hard hat on, working consultatively with Site Managers to specify and supply protection products for stairs, doors, windows, walkways & more - plus safety solutions that keep teams protected.

Backed by Inside Sales, Marketing & a strong branch network, you'll have everything you need to win.

Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Wolverhampton)

Up to £45k + 25% OTE + Car/Allowance + 7.5% matched pension

Construction field sales experience essential.
