eCommerce Manager

We’re hiring a commercially driven eCommerce Manager to take ownership of website trading, optimisation, and revenue performance for a fast-growing fashion brand.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a true all-rounder. Someone who can think strategically but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll own day-to-day trading, lead site optimisation, and unlock huge growth opportunities across CRM, CRO, and merchandising.
The role:
You’ll have direct responsibility for site performance and revenue, working closely with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve the customer journey and commercial results. You’ll work alongside, Head of eCommerce, Junior Website/UI Designer (direct report), Content & Graphics team as well as external performance and development agencies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Trading & Revenue Performance
- Own daily sales performance vs targets
- Track and optimise CVR, AOV, traffic and margin
- Identify revenue opportunities and risks
- Act quickly on underperformance
- Lead weekly trading reviews
- Website Merchandising
- Manage product uploads and collections
- Optimise category structure, sorting and filters
- Own stock visibility and sell-through strategy
- Oversee landing pages for launches and campaigns
- Optimise PDPs for conversion
- Campaign Execution
- Execute campaigns across homepage, collections and offers
- Coordinate assets with creative teams
- QA promotions, discounting and landing pages
- CRM & Retention
- Own and improve the email and CRM strategy
- Build newsletters and automated flows
- Optimise abandoned cart, browse and post-purchase journeys
- Improve segmentation, send times and performance
- Grow retention revenue, LTV and repeat rate
- CRO, UX & Optimisation
- Build and deliver a monthly testing roadmap
- Run A/B tests to improve conversion
- Improve mobile UX and site performance
- Work with developers on speed and technical improvements
- SEO & Content Optimisation
- Optimise product and category metadata
- Improve internal linking and SEO foundations
- Support content and technical SEO initiatives
- Agency & Partner Management
- Day-to-day coordination with paid media and dev agencies
- Brief product launches and campaigns
- Review performance and align priorities weekly
What we’re looking for:
Essential
- 3–5 years’ eCommerce experience (fashion or beauty strongly preferred)
- Strong experience with Shopify or similar platforms
- Proven commercial and analytical mindset
- Experience owning site revenue and trading performance
- Hands-on CRM / email marketing experience (e.g. Klaviyo)
- Strong merchandising and customer-journey instincts
- Confident working with agencies
Highly desirable
- Start-up or scale-up experience
- CRO testing experience
- SEO fundamentals
- GA4 and performance reporting
- Understanding of inventory and its impact on trading
- Exposure to cross-border e-commerce
