    What You’ll Be Doing

    As our Field Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our education sales strategy. You’ll:

    Lead, coach, and inspire a team of high-performing sales reps to smash targets

    Build strong, lasting partnerships with schools and education leaders

    Create and execute strategic sales plans to expand our reach and revenue

    Keep the pipeline healthy with strong CRM practices

    Train, recruit, and mentor sales professionals to raise the bar

    Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and competitors

    Collaborate with product teams to shape tailored solutions that make a difference


    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven sales management experience in the education sector
    • SaaS/software background with knowledge of sales methodologies (Sandler, Challenger, SPIN, Value Selling, etc.)
    • Track record of hitting and exceeding targets
    • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder
    • A true coach and mentor who gets the best out of their team
    • Commercially sharp, detail-driven, and comfortable at executive level
