Position Summary:

We’re seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in driving our expansion by spotting new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and helping our company reach new markets.

This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of executing successful business development strategies. We welcome candidates based in the UK,EU and UAE.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Build, manage, and grow strong strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive revenue.
  • Work closely with the sales team to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, leveraging market insights to position our products and services effectively.
  • Collaborate with product teams by providing market feedback and customer insights to help shape and improve offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (virtual and occasional in-person events as needed).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies that support company objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership on progress, opportunities, and challenges.


Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
  • Proven success in closing complex B2B deals.
  • Established professional network; existing network of potential leads is a strong advantage.
  • Strong networking, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to foster and maintain productive external partnerships and internal collaborations in a remote environment.
  • Strategic thinker capable of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
  • Results-driven with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant business tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote work environment.
  • Organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or industry events.
