Position Summary:
We’re seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in driving our expansion by spotting new business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, and helping our company reach new markets.
This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of executing successful business development strategies. We welcome candidates based in the UK,EU and UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Build, manage, and grow strong strategic partnerships to expand our reach and drive revenue.
- Work closely with the sales team to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, leveraging market insights to position our products and services effectively.
- Collaborate with product teams by providing market feedback and customer insights to help shape and improve offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (virtual and occasional in-person events as needed).
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies that support company objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular updates and insights to leadership on progress, opportunities, and challenges.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Proven success in closing complex B2B deals.
- Established professional network; existing network of potential leads is a strong advantage.
- Strong networking, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain productive external partnerships and internal collaborations in a remote environment.
- Strategic thinker capable of identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Results-driven with a history of exceeding targets.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market data and inform decision-making.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and relevant business tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote work environment.
- Organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for key meetings or industry events.
