Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Bonus (up to £5,000 paid quarterly)

This business partners with print distributors, supporting high profile end users across the UK and Europe.

Responsibilities of the Internal Account Manager:

• Managing and developing an existing portfolio of UK accounts of varying sizes
• Acting as the key point of contact and building long term relationships
• Keeping customers updated on new products and innovations
• Following up warm marketing leads to obtain new business
• Producing and following up quotations and samples
• Handling queries and occasional complaints along with admin duties
• Supporting bespoke customer projects
• Coordinate internally to ensure delivery expectations are met

Requirements of the Internal Account Manager:

• Has B2B sales experience in Account Management role
• Are confident following up quotations and proactively selling new products
• Ideally understands print, retail display, POS or signage industry or similar
• Has experience dealing with procurement buyers or technical specifiers
• Is highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
• Is adaptable and solution focused
• Enjoys relationship building and becoming a trusted partner
• Commercially minded, able to negotiate and understand margins
