Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and growth of the Business Central practice
- Define service offerings, delivery standards, and team structure
- Drive client engagements and support strategic projects

Essential Experience:
- Proven track record with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience leading delivery teams or practice areas
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a growing practice
