We’re looking for an Account Manager to support our clients’ growth and drive real impact across eCommerce platforms. You’ll manage key client relationships, guide strategic plans, and make sure clients are happy across platforms like Amazon and TikTok Shop.

This role is perfect for someone proactive, enthusiastic, and innovative, with strong communication and analytical skills. If you love working with data, using insights to shape strategy, and learning quickly in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

A bit about the role

• Be the main point of contact for growth clients, making sure their needs are met and expectations exceeded across eCommerce channels.
• Keep accounts healthy across platforms like Amazon (Vendor & Seller Central) and TikTok Shop.
• Track stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and suggest ways to improve performance.
• Manage product detail pages and listing quality.
• Work with off-shore teams to quickly resolve listing issues using platform tools and case logs.
• Analyse performance data to spot growth opportunities and generate actionable insights.
• Troubleshoot account challenges proactively and come up with solutions.
