What You Can Earn
• 40% commission on company-provided leads, with consistent, warm lead flow from day one
• 70% commission on self-generated business, the more you build your own pipeline, the more you keep. This is where the real money is made
• Referrals from company leads count as self-generated, meaning warm introductions immediately earn you the higher rate
• Top advisers currently hitting £10k+ months
• Genuinely uncapped, your ceiling is determined by your output, not your contract
The Role
This is a sales-led role. You will manage the full client journey from first enquiry through to completion, supported by our systems, brand, and consistent lead flow. You will work remotely with full diary autonomy.
• Managing your pipeline through our CRM
• Nurturing leads from raw enquiry to close
• Running consultations and presenting clear protection solutions
• Closing confidently within a proven, trust-based sales process
• Building referral momentum from a quality client base
• Generating additional business through your own network alongside company leads
Who We Are Looking For
We do not require a protection or financial services background. If you can sell, build rapport, and close, we will teach you everything else. What matters is drive, coachability, and a genuine hunger to earn.
• A proven track record in sales, any industry considered
• Motivated by performance and comfortable with commission only income
• Coachable and willing to fully adopt a refined sales process
• Self-motivated with strong diary management and follow-through
• Looking for a long-term opportunity, not a short-term fix
