Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Manager based in London. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, managing budgets, evaluating project risks, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards. The role includes managing teams, collaborating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge in Cost Control, Budget Management, and Financial Planning
• Experience with Project Management, Risk Assessment, and Resource Allocation
• Strong negotiation, team leadership, and stakeholder communication skills
• Familiarity with NEC Construction Contracts, Legal Documentation, and Regulations
• Proficiency in using relevant software for budgeting and project tracking
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced construction environment
• Relevant professional qualification or degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
