A growing, forward-thinking accountancy practice is seeking a Client Manager to play a key role in its next phase of growth. Working closely with the Director, you’ll combine technical excellence with a genuinely advisory, relationship-led approach. This is a visible, influential position with progression towards portfolio ownership and senior leadership firmly on the table.

The Role:

• Review statutory accounts, management accounts and tax computations
• Manage and grow relationships with SME and owner-managed clients
• Deliver clear advice across personal and corporate tax
• Lead client meetings as a trusted adviser
• Support and mentor junior team members

The Package:

• Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
• Hybrid working, 3–4 days in the Chippenham office with flexibility to work from home, typically Fridays
• Private healthcare after three months, including eye care and dental
• Employer pension contributions
• Birthday leave and additional Christmas closure days

About You:

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or qualified by experience within UK practice
• Strong background in accountancy practice
• Confident reviewing accounts and tax work
• Commercial, relationship-driven and proactive
• Ambitious to progress towards leadership
