eCommerce Manager – Jewellery Business - £40-55k – On Site (5 days, Farringdon)

About the Company

We’re looking for an eCommerce Manager (b2c) to join a well-established B2B wholesale jewellery business with over 30 years of experience supplying high-quality diamonds, gold, silver, and gemstones to the trade. Renowned for exceptional service, extensive stock, and next-day delivery, the company is now expanding its digital presence and has launched a bespoke eCommerce website late last year.

The Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to help grow and manage the new online store while supporting the broader digital strategy. This is a hands-on opportunity to lead online marketing, optimise the customer experience, and drive sales in a business traditionally focused on wholesale.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the ecommerce website, ensuring smooth functionality and a compelling customer journey
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, paid campaigns, and email marketing in collaboration with external agencies
• Track and report on website performance, conversion rates, and ROI
• Coordinate with operations to ensure efficient order fulfilment and inventory management
• Identify opportunities to grow online revenue while maintaining cost efficiency

Key Experience

• 2+ years in ecommerce, digital marketing, or online sales, within B2C. Luxury retail is a plus, but not essential.
• Hands-on experience with website management and marketing platforms
• Knowledge of SEO, paid advertising, and analytics tools
• Strong understanding of customer experience, conversion optimisation, and online merchandising
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with external agencies
