My client – an electronic security integrator – is expanding its commercial team and looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to cover Scotland.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and executing a strategic sales growth plan for Scotland
Prospecting new clients and identifying opportunities in the security technology market
Meeting customers across the region to understand requirements and present tailored solutions
Promoting Evolution’s full suite of security products & services
Preparing compliant, accurate quotes and proposals
Managing a sales pipeline and delivering realistic, achievable forecasts to the management team
Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
Providing after‑sales support and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction
Driving brand awareness and contributing innovative ideas to strengthen our market position

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role within the Security industry
Ability to work independently, often remotely, managing your own time and territory
Strong commercial awareness and the confidence to present at all levels
Demonstrable sales track record
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Proficiency with MS Office & CRM systems
Ability to prepare compliant quotes using quoting software
A proactive, likeable, hard-working individual who wants to grow with the business
