Cobalt’s Construction and Development team recruits permanent and temporary professionals into Construction Consultancies, Tier 1 Contractors, Developers, Landed Estates and Investment Funds. We cover Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Development and Design, operating within Cobalt’s wider Real Estate platform.

As a Managing Consultant, you will generate personal NFI in a 360 role while leading and developing a team. This is a billing leadership position with responsibility for both revenue delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate consistent personal NFI through high quality 360 recruitment
• Lead, coach and develop consultants to improve output and progression
• Set, track and review KPIs and billing performance
• Create and execute a clear business plan for growth
• Manage and grow key client relationships
• Drive cross-team collaboration to maximise revenue
• Support hiring and onboarding within the team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment success within Construction, Property, Real Estate or Built Environment
• Strong billing track record
• Experience mentoring or leading consultants
• Commercially minded and confident with senior stakeholders
• Ambition to build and grow a team within a broader platform
