The Brand
We are partnering with a beautifully positioned London-based lifestyle brand known for its strong aesthetic, loyal community and thoughtfully curated product offering. With continued growth across DTC and digital channels, the brand is now looking to appoint an E-commerce Manager to lead and elevate the online customer experience and commercial performance.
The Role
This is a pivotal role responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and growth of the brand’s e-commerce platform. Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Digital and Operations, the E-commerce Manager will drive online revenue, enhance user experience and ensure the website reflects the brand’s premium positioning while delivering strong commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end e-commerce trading calendar, aligning with product launches, campaigns and key trading moments
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the website, ensuring seamless functionality, merchandising and user experience
- Optimise site performance, conversion rate and AOV through data-led insights and continuous testing
- Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns and content updates
- Manage product uploads, categorisation, pricing and on-site merchandising to maximise sell-through
- Analyse weekly and monthly performance, providing clear reporting on traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behaviour
- Lead and execute promotional strategies, including seasonal campaigns, launches and sales periods
- Work closely with external agencies, developers and platform partners to implement site improvements and new features
- Oversee SEO, site optimisation and customer journey enhancements to support organic growth
- Ensure a premium, brand-aligned online experience across all devices
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in an E-commerce Manager or Senior E-commerce Executive role, ideally within lifestyle, fashion, beauty or premium consumer brands
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving online growth and performance
- Experience managing Shopify, Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
- Highly analytical with confidence using tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics or similar
- Strong understanding of digital trading, merchandising and online customer journey
- Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye and appreciation for brand storytelling
- Collaborative and hands-on, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience within a high-growth DTC or lifestyle brand
- Exposure to international e-commerce markets
- Experience managing agencies and external digital partners
