Southern Regional Sales Manager

South of England | Home-Based | Field Sales


Own the South.


This is a territory role for a driven, field-based sales professional who wants autonomy, accountability, and real impact.


You’ll represent a respected portfolio of specialist firefighting and emergency response equipment trusted by frontline professionals across the UK and internationally.


This isn’t order-taking.

It’s relationship-building.

It’s new business.

It’s target-driven growth.


What You’ll Do

• Grow and protect a defined South of England territory

• Develop new business opportunities

• Present and demonstrate technical products

• Support tenders and public sector bids

• Attend UK & international trade shows

• Work closely with senior sales leadership


You’ll manage your own diary. You’ll be measured on results.


You’ll Succeed If You’re

• A Regional / Area / Territory Sales Manager

• Comfortable selling technical or specialist products

• Confident presenting and demonstrating

• Proactive and commercially sharp

• Organised and self-motivated


Emergency services, safety, industrial or public sector experience is highly advantageous.
