My client is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to drive transparency, discipline and strategic alignment across a complex, enterprise-wide change portfolio.


This is a high-visibility role operating at the intersection of business, technology, finance and risk.


As Portfolio Manager within the Group PMO, you will oversee delivery across a multi-project portfolio, ensuring robust governance, financial control, risk management and executive-level transparency.



What We’re Looking For


We are seeking a Senior Portfolio professional with experience operating within complex, regulated financial services environments.


Experience & Background

  • Significant Portfolio Management experience within Financial Services or Insurance
  • Experience delivering regulatory, risk, data or operational transformation programmes
  • Proven experience operating across multi-project or enterprise portfolios
  • Strong exposure to governance frameworks, audit readiness and risk & controls environments
  • Experience facilitating executive governance forums and engaging senior stakeholders
  • Experience supporting or leading portfolio prioritisation and capacity trade-offs
  • Strong financial oversight experience including forecasting, tracking actuals and budget alignment
  • Familiarity with change and delivery methodologies


Tools & Technical Capability

  • PPM tools (ideally Planview or similar)
  • JIRA, Confluence
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting
  • Experience producing enterprise dashboards and management information
