Business Development Manager – Commercial/Corporate Energy Procurement

Greater London (2 days per week)

Uncapped commission – 10% on all sales


We’re working with an award-winning energy broker looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to support the next phase of growth.


This role is focused on winning new business across Manufacturing and Hospitality sectors. You’ll be responsible for outbound activity, LinkedIn outreach and face-to-face meetings, building strong long-term relationships while maintaining a high standard of customer service.


You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing to drive lead generation and convert opportunities into revenue.


What we’re looking for:

  • Proven new business development experience
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Confident in face-to-face selling
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Energy industry experience is desirable


Hybrid working (2 days per week in Hertfordshire office). Full-time role

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (10% on sales).
