Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise / B2B
Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)

About the Role
This newly created Senior Business Development Manager position is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning, design-led business delivering bespoke corporate wear solutions to global and high-profile clients, working in collaboration with Head of Sales and the senior leadership team to:
- Shape strategic growth opportunities
- Develop long-term corporate partnerships
- Become a key commercial voice within the business
The role requires experience in complex, long-cycle B2B sales, managing the full client journey from tender and proposal development through to contract delivery and ongoing partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end B2B services to corporate clients, including tenders/RFPs, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract completion
- Manage the full client journey, ensuring seamless delivery from initial engagement to final product/service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, developing strategic, long-term corporate partnerships
- Identify and secure new enterprise and corporate client opportunities
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
- Drive profitable revenue growth through new partnerships and repeat business
- Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or key account management
- Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions to corporate clients, ideally with 12–24 month sales cycles
- Experience delivering end-to-end services, including tenders, proposals, and full client management
- Confidently engage senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers to build long-term corporate partnerships
- Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and margin management
- Strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven
Apparel, uniforms, workwear, or fashion experience is advantageous but not essential. The priority is managing complex B2B sales and building high-value corporate partnerships.
