Senior Business Development Manager – Enterprise / B2B

Location: Hammersmith, London (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive Salary (DOE) + OTE

About the Role

This newly created Senior Business Development Manager position is a rare opportunity to join an award-winning, design-led business delivering bespoke corporate wear solutions to global and high-profile clients, working in collaboration with Head of Sales and the senior leadership team to:

The role requires experience in complex, long-cycle B2B sales, managing the full client journey from tender and proposal development through to contract delivery and ongoing partnership management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end B2B services to corporate clients, including tenders/RFPs, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and contract completion
  • Manage the full client journey, ensuring seamless delivery from initial engagement to final product/service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers, developing strategic, long-term corporate partnerships
  • Identify and secure new enterprise and corporate client opportunities
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with design, operations, and production teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through new partnerships and repeat business
  • Represent the business at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in B2B business development, enterprise sales, or key account management
  • Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions to corporate clients, ideally with 12–24 month sales cycles
  • Experience delivering end-to-end services, including tenders, proposals, and full client management
  • Confidently engage senior stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers to build long-term corporate partnerships
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, forecasting, and margin management
  • Strategic, proactive, and relationship-driven

Apparel, uniforms, workwear, or fashion experience is advantageous but not essential. The priority is managing complex B2B sales and building high-value corporate partnerships.
