Field Development Manager
Location: Remote working (with travel across region)

Field Development Manager (FDM) to support our franchise network and drive exceptional sales performance across the UK.
About the Role
As an FDM, you will coach, motivate and empower franchise owners and their sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets. You’ll spend the majority of your time actively driving performance in the field, supporting salespeople, analysing KPIs, identifying opportunities, and helping franchisees turn strategy into real-world results.
This is a highly influential role where your expertise will directly shape the success of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly coaching visits (face-to-face or online) with franchise sales teams.
- Hold franchisees and salespeople accountable to weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Monitor, analyse and report on KPIs using CRM tools.
- Build regional sales plans, quotas and competitions that align with growth objectives.
- Support franchisees with hiring, onboarding and developing new salespeople.
- Assess performance using structured tools.
- Deliver training workshops, webinars, and regional meetings.
- Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and strategic improvements.
- Forecast new business and drive strong retention and margin performance.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Franchising to implement strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- A highly motivational, positive and supportive coaching style.
- Strong understanding of business growth, sales processes and KPI management.
- Excellent communication, listening and feedback skills.
- Comfortable travelling across the region.
- At least 1 year experience motivating high‑performance salespeople or franchise owners.
- Proficient with CRM systems; able to analyse data and measure ROI.
- Organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused.
- Must have a UK driving license.
