What do we have on offer?

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our Automotive division. This is a client-facing role focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates across the automotive sector. You will act as the key point of contact, ensuring strong partnerships, understanding hiring and project needs in detail, and working closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

This role involves frequent in-person meetings across the UK and Europe, so a willingness and ability to travel is essential.

  • What your responsibilities look like

    • Meet and speak with clients and candidates to build strong, long-term relationships
    • Provide outstanding candidate care and proactive client management
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen long-term partnerships
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients, candidates, and internal delivery teams
    • Make referrals and introductions to other divisions within the business to maximise opportunities
    • Proactively identify hiring demands and upcoming recruitment requirements, ensuring the right talent pipelines are maintained at the right time


    Are you someone who is:

    • Previous experience in recruitment, account management, or a client-facing role preferred
    • Willing to strive to meet client and candidate needs to the highest standard
    • A natural problem solver able to identify needs and offer solutions
    • Always aiming for high performance
