At Infinite Interactions, we are growing our Maidstone team and looking for someone who wants to gain real experience, develop practical skills and work in a positive, driven environment.

This is an entry level role within face to face marketing where you will represent brands at events, venues and campaign locations, speaking directly with customers in busy and fast paced environments. The role is hands on from day one and focuses on learning through real experience rather than desk based work.

You will receive daily guidance, ongoing training and feedback while developing confidence, communication skills and professional experience through live campaigns. The position involves engaging customers face to face, representing brands professionally and working towards individual and team performance expectations. Opportunities to travel to different UK locations for campaigns and team events may also be available.

The role offers uncapped performance based earnings alongside ongoing mentoring and development. Progression is based on performance and high performers regularly exceed the stated OTE.

This position operates on a self employed basis with a commission based earning structure, allowing individuals to directly influence their earning potential.
