CSA Supervisor – Data Centre / Fit-Out

6-Month Contract | Site-Based

We are looking for an experienced CSA Supervisor to join our team on a 6-month contract on a live construction project. This is a fully site-based role, ideally suited to a supervisor with data centre experience, though strong fit-out backgrounds will also be considered.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of CSA works, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. You will report directly to the Project Manager and play a key role in driving site activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of CSA packages on site
• Managing and driving subcontractors to achieve programme and quality targets
• Overseeing works including:
• Civils
• Concrete plinths
• External walls / façades
• Raised access flooring
• Ensuring works are carried out in line with drawings, specifications and RAMS
• Completing DABs and daily site reports
• Maintaining high H&S standards across site activities
• Coordinating with other trades and disciplines
• Reporting progress, issues and risks to the Project Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor on similar projects
• Data centre experience preferred; fit-out experience considered
• Strong knowledge of civils, concrete and architectural works
• Experience managing subcontractors in a live site environment
• SMSTS / SSSTS and valid CSCS card
• Ability to work independently in a site-based role

• Rate: Competitive, DOE
