Specification Manager - UK

Effisus is expanding in the UK market and we’re looking for a driven Specification Manager to help shape the future of sustainable façade and weatherproofing solutions.

If you thrive in technical environments, enjoy influencing architects at early design stages, and want to work with high-performance building envelope systems, this role is for you.

As Specification Manager, you will:

• Spend 70–80% of your time engaging with architects & consultants
• Drive product specifications into major construction projects
• Deliver technical presentations and CPD/RIBA-style training
• Support façade design decisions with construction physics expertise
• Collaborate closely with technical & commercial teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in façade / weatherproofing / building envelope
• Experience working with architects and consultants
• Strong understanding of specification writing & construction documentation
• Confident presenter with influencing skills
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
• English (Native)
• Experience delivering RIBA-approved CPDs is highly valued.
