A leading Manchester-based Financial Services firm is growing its engineering capability and looking for talented developers with strong Java & React expertise to help drive digital transformation across critical platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing & building robust backend services in Java (Spring Boot)
• Developing dynamic, responsive frontends using React
• Working on cloud-native, microservices-based architectures
• Collaborating with Product, DevOps & Architecture teams in an agile environment
• Contributing to technical design & best practice engineering standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot)
• Solid commercial experience with React
• Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD pipelines & cloud platforms (AWS/Azure desirable)
• Passion for clean code, TDD & scalable systems
• Experience in Financial Services (preferred but not essential)
