Senior Firmware Engineer

Job description

Senior Firmware /Embedded Engineer now needed in Gloucestershire to join well established market leader.

I am seeking a well educated Embedded/ Firmware Engineer with 5yrs plus of hands on embedded C/Python, RTOS / Baremetal programming plus some of the following skills:

• Microcontrollers - STM32, PIC32, FPGA's, DSP's
• Knowledge of comms protocols - I2C, SPI, serial and wireless
• Test Expertise
• Version control (GIT)
• Strong appreciation for hardware

Working closely with cross functional teams you will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of current and next generation products.

You should have a professional approach to your work, be detail orientated, a good team player and have strong communication skills.
