Scrum Master

Hybrid - West Sussex - 2 days per week on site

Daily rate: £500-600 inside IR35

Duration: 6 month initial contract

Start: ASAP

My client is a well known consumer brand, looking for a Scrum Master to join the organisation as they embark on a major transformation journey in 2026, with an exciting portfolio of projects centred around improving customer experience, digital transformation, and launching new technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more agile teams.
• Delivery focused.
• Identify and remove impediments, ensuring smooth delivery and team velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Scrum Master in a hands-on delivery environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PSM, SAFe Agilist).
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience with digital transformation and customer focused programmes.
