Property Litigation Solicitor – Real Career Opportunity

This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor ready to step up. We are expanding and are keen to hear from mid-level to senior lawyers — including Partners seeking a stronger platform, better quality work, and real progression.

The Work

You will handle a broad range of high-quality property disputes, including:

• Contracts for Sale of Land & Shortfall Claims
• Boundary Disputes, Rights of Way, Easements & Restrictive Covenants
• Adverse Possession, Rights of Light & Party Wall matters
• Trespass, Unlawful Occupiers & Nuisance
• Leasehold disputes: dilapidations, forfeiture, breaches of covenant
• Recovery of rent & service charges (including CRAR)
• Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
• Court, Tribunal & HM Land Registry appearances
