Job description
Fantastic opportunity for a lawyer with a hedge and/or a private funds background that understands regulatory drivers. (Knowledge of both hedge and private fund docs beneficial).
As the 'Practice Development Lawyer' you will be responsible for developing/maintaining standards for hedge funds and private funds (offering documents, constitutional documents, LPAs, IMAs etc), and developing a training programme for funds lawyers, working using AI on these docs.
You will have 6+ years of post qualification experience. Work from home is possible but you would need to work on being embedded in the team and visible.
This is not full time - likely 4 days per week candidate dependent.
