Job description

We are working with a UK law firm based in Belfast for an Associate / Senior Associate to join their Banking & Finance team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an expanding Banking team advising lender and borrower clients on a range of corporate lending matters, including acquisition, real estate and renewables finance.

Responsibilities include managing a varied caseload, supporting partners on larger and cross-border transactions, and advising banks, alternative lenders, funds and corporate clients important financings.

Essential Criteria:

• 1-8 years’ PQE;
• Banking & finance background;
• Commercial awareness;
• Supervising experience;
• Ability to build upon existing and new client relationships;
• Strong communication skills;
• Team player;
• Technically excellent.
