About the Role

TXM Group is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Group Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll partner directly with leaders across the business, providing practical legal advice, supporting strategic growth projects, and strengthening our governance and compliance frameworks.

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing, drafting, and advising on a broad portfolio of commercial contracts.
• Acting as the first point of contact for legal queries—resolving issues proactively and escalating where appropriate.
• Supporting mergers, acquisitions, and organic growth initiatives, including due diligence and cross‑functional coordination.
• Identifying legal risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies in collaboration with the legal team.
• Managing multiple projects at pace while coordinating internal stakeholders and external counsel.
• Partnering with local legal advisors to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

About you

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with strong commercial and business awareness.
• Experience in a commercial or contract‑focused legal environment.
• Confident working on cross‑border, multi‑jurisdictional matters.
• Exceptional communicator able to influence and build relationships at every level.
• Highly organised, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Collaborative, hands‑on, and driven to add real value to the business.
