Job description

A respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their expanding team.

The Role

Advising clients via email, telephone, and face-to-face meetings on all aspects of residential property transactions.
Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, Land Registry, and third-party solicitors to ensure smooth transactions.
Drafting and reviewing all transaction-related documentation, including advice notes, letters, post-completion, and registration documents.
Maintaining high client service standards and attention to detail throughout the process.
Contributing to business development initiatives and building relationships with referrers of business.

Requirements

Qualified solicitor or career paralegal with 4+ years’ experience managing a varied residential property caseload.
Strong knowledge of the CQS protocol and conveyancing best practice.
