Your Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your own desk within a high-demand UK construction niche
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: client development → candidate placement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior construction professionals
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and strategically grow your market presence
• Collaborate with a driven, ambitious team to consistently hit and exceed targets

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced recruiter, sales professional, or client-facing expert (B2B or B2C) 3 years experience minimum
• Strong commercial acumen with confident communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and motivated by financial and career growth
• Thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment
• Comfortable building new business through outbound activity
