Job Title: SAP Project Manager

Location: Oxford (Hybrid – Minimum 3 days onsite)

Contract: Initial 9-Month Contract

Day Rate: £650

A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to support a major business transformation programme. The role will focus on hands-on delivery within a structured programme environment, ensuring process and SAP alignment across supply chain and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a large-scale transformation programme.
• Plan workshops, track deliverables, and ensure milestones are met.
• Provide clear status reporting and escalate risks where required.
• Identify delivery issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships across delivery teams and senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of execution activities to support programme leadership.

Experience Required

• Proven project delivery experience within a programme structure.
• Essential background in manufacturing, with supply chain knowledge.
• ERP experience required; SAP beneficial but not essential.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and delivery-focused mindset.
• Relevant project management certification advantageous.
