Corporate Finance Analytics Manager or Assistant Manager

London Hybrid

Up to 80k DEO.

We are supporting a leading professional services firm as they grow their Corporate Finance Analytics capability within Deals.

This role sits directly inside transaction teams, working on live M and A processes, financial due diligence and value creation work. It is not a generic data or BI role. Analytics here is used to sharpen deal decisions, accelerate diligence and bring clarity under pressure.

The role

You will partner closely with Corporate Finance teams, investors and fast growth businesses to deliver analytics led insight across transactions. You will analyse complex financial and operational data, automate due diligence processes and present clear findings to senior stakeholders.

This is a really specific role where you must have experience working in Corporate Finance, working on analytics within financial transaction / diligence.

Responsibilities include

Delivering analytics led financial due diligence on live deals

Supporting M and A buy side, sell side and vendor assist work

Analysing financial statements and operational datasets under tight deadlines

Using tools such as Alteryx Power Query or similar to automate analysis

Working directly with clients and transaction teams as a trusted advisor

Supporting proposals and business development activity

The person

This role is designed for someone who has built their career in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services and has leaned into analytics to improve deal delivery.

Essential experience

Corporate Finance or Transaction Services background

Hands on experience across live transactions

Strong grounding in financial due diligence

Chartered accountant ACA ICAS ACCA or CIMA

Confident working directly with clients investors and partners

Analytics experience

Used analytics to support transactions rather than build standalone products

Experience with tools such as Alteryx Power Query or equivalent

Ability to automate and scale due diligence analysis

Clear understanding of how analytics improves deal speed and confidence

London based with hybrid working
