What You’ll Do

As a key member of the legal costs function, your work will centre on high-quality, technically robust costs drafting and strategic costs management, including:

• Preparing bills of costs, costs budgets, and responses to Points of Dispute.
• Drafting comprehensive costs documentation and supporting negotiating positions.
• Engaging with fee earners, opposing parties and clients to achieve the best outcomes.
• Providing practical advice on civil procedure and costs strategy.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking candidates with:

• Proven experience in costs drafting or as a qualified costs lawyer (Essential)
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
